Departments for Supply & Installation of Display Boards in the jurisdiction of New Tehri SSA as per specification & details given in tender document. The Experience Certificates should be issued by an officer not below the rank of JAG in case of DOT/BSNL/MTNL or equivalent officer in other cases.

O/o TDM, New Tehri from 11:00 Hrs. to 16:00 Hrs. on all working days upto 09.07.2009 on submission of Demand Draft of Rs. 550/- (non-refundable) in favour of A.O. (Cash), BSNL, O/o TDM New Tehri payable at New Tehri towards cost of the form. Tender document may also be down loaded from our web site www.uttaranchal.bsnl.co.in. In this case tenderer has to deposit Demand Draft of Rs. 550/- in favour of A.O. (Cash) BSNL O/o TDM New Tehri payable at New Tehri along with EMD in a separate sealed envelope. In case of downloaded bid documents, the contract documents will be prepared based on the master copy of Tender document available in the office and the same will be binding on the contractor / bidder. The BSNL does not own any responsibility for any alteration / omission in the contents of tender document either while uploading on the website or otherwise. 2. The intending Tenderer shall have to deposit Earnest Money as mentioned above by demand draft of any Nationalized/Scheduled bank payable at New Tehri in favour of Account Officer (Cash) BSNL O/o TDM New Tehri in a separate sealed envelope. 3. The tender is divided in two bids systems (i). Technical bid and (ii). Financial bid. The technical bid will be opened first and the financial bid of only those tenderers will be opened who qualify in the technical bid. 4. The technical bid must contain the following valid documents(Self Attested Copies) : (i) PAN. (ii) Valid Sale Tax/Trade Tax registration certificate. (iii) Experience Certificate as mentioned above (iv) Tender document duly signed with seal on each page by tenderer.
